My week and a half

I didn't weigh in last week because I was traveling back from Las Vegas on Monday. But I did brave the scale on Wednesday morning. I was afraid. We know that Vegas is a place for indulgence, even way over indulgence. Let me tell you, what happens in Vegas does not necessarily stay in Vegas. Well I worked really hard at not over indulging and whoopee, I was down a pound and a half.
