Thursday Food List

Okay so for Thursday 9/9 I ate the following

1 can regular Dr P
Chicken/Pasta Salad
Smartones Sesame Chicken
1 can Diet Dr. P
2 WW chocolate pretzel Bars
3pts worth of licorice
Fish sticks
Steamed Veggies
3liters of water

not to good but not horrible either.

I know it's hard, but you can try to stop drinking soda~even diet. It has been linked to weight gain, although that is debatable. But diet sodas are acidic and can cause acid reflux, heart burn, AND problems like the ones I have.
Your day looks pretty good. I can tell you are like me and like to snack and eat carbs. Lets both try to eat more good protein.

Some days I am more snackie than others. But I agree with stoping soda. And believe it or not This was a good soda day for me, only 24oz i usually have more than that. More good protein, I can do that.

I wonder what my food would look like if I listed it out that way. It might really make a difference in how I ate. I might just have to try that for a week or so. Hmmmm.
