Yep I gained 1 pounds!! BOO!!!!
I have excuses like crazy but I decided it all comes down to, I ate to much. I will get back on track this week. I feel like I let myself, and everyone else down =(

OH Shmoozie! That is silly nonsense! You are not letting anyone down. If you didn't have a bad week I would start to think you are a robot. And anyways, 1 lb is not too bad. You can chalk that up to fluid levels and call it even :)
Work hard this week! Eat better and come to the gym with me! Or on your own. I admire you.
