Nancy's Report.

Well I just got back from my meeting. This week is all about making sure you get a good healthy breakfast in every day. So that is my goal for this coming week. They gave us some suggestions to try. I think I will try a grilled tomato, cheese and basil sandwich tomorrow. What are somethings you all like for breakfast?

Yeah One lb is a lb! Get your plan together and you will see some more results! We are doing it!
Lately I have been LOVING these Quaker instant oatmeal packets for breakfast. They come in all sorts of flavors at Walmart. And each packet is only around 140-160 cal with water. I add just a splash of non fat milk and honey. It is the BEST low cal low fat breakfast! And it takes about 1 minute to make.

I save the expense of the packets and I cook the old fashiond kind. Then I add a few chopped walnuts some splenda and a little skim milk. Sometimes I add raisins BK I like them.It stays with me until lunch time.

Awesome job nance!
We love a good egg burrito and you can make it low cal with the one point tortillas. Last night we had roasted garlic potatoes for dinner(Oh! i put the light sour cream and onion pringles on top, just crumpled them up and baked it all up and it was so yum!) well i made extra so we could put them in scrambled eggs today. It was super yummy. So one egg, add a little water, wisk it up, half of a red potato, some seasoning and salsa. You could also put some free mayo on your tortilla and it is a super yummy and filling. 4 point breakfast. When I don't have the potatoes left over from dinner I will usually pop one in the microwave, well when I have a microwave, just make sure you poke the potato a few times or it will have problems. LOVE YOU!

Megs that sounds great! I actually didn't make it to the store last night so I ended up having an egg and a small red potato with a little jonny's on it. it was good but your breakfast sounds delicious! I have writen it down.
