I'm in Cont.
Well brigg got ahold of the computer and the post got posted before it was finished. The picture in the red and the one in the tie was when I was about 10 lbs over my lowest weight. The other picture is about what I am at now.
Alright! Robs in! 3 lbs a week is ambitious, but if anyone can do it Rob can. I think he might need to do more than walk and sweat though. ;) Love you guys!

Mom and Megan, If there is no little pencil icon at the bottom of the post, then you go to your blogger dashboard... click on the button that says "Edit Posts" it is right next to "new post" button on the Down-sizing Daly's. You will only be able to edit posts that you put up.
Rob, I think that Megan said you guys were doing P90. I don't know about the other programs, but this one will peal 3 lbs a week off of you. Make sure you follow the diet. It is key to making this one work.
I have a diet tracking spreadsheet that will help you track your intake. Let me know if you want me to email it.

Guys have it easier than girls. I think Rob can do 3 lbs a week, no sweat, figurativly speeking.
